With your Mobile Banking app you can:
- Sign in with your Touch ID or Face ID.
- Remember your username for easy acess.
- View your account balances and recent transactions.
- Transfer between your own accounts or to a third party.
- Send or request money to other Banco General accounts using a cell phone number with Yappy.
- Pay your credit cards.
- Pay your utilities or any other entity saved on your Online Banking.
- Make top ups to any cell phone provider, Panapass or your Metro card.
- View your "Estrellas" o miles from your credit card .
- Chat by WhatsApp with a bank executive for assistance.
- Find your nearest branch and ATM.

Transferir dinero es demasiado difícil de usar
Es muy difícil usar yappi al transferir dinero. El número 627.65 no se puede ingresar en absoluto al transferir dinero a través de yappi. Debe transferirse dos veces. Nunca había visto un método de transferencia tan difícil de utilizar.
Validacion Biometrica
No estoy pudiendo ingresar la biometrica y no me esta dejando entrar al app,, por favor arreglen eso ASAP!!!!

No actualiza movimientos
Si te haces una transferencia desde otro banco, deberas cerrar la app y volver a entrar para ver o usar el nuevo saldo para , por ej, pagar una tarjeta. No actualiza de ningun modo.

Problemas con los iPhone 14 Pro y Max
La aplicación esta buena pero deben corregir el problema con los iPhone 14 Pro y Max, cuando se inicia sesión en la parte de arriba donde estan los botones de Aviso y Salir se juntan con la Hora y el icono de la batería y por más que le dan en Salir a veces no funcionan.
Bug boton atras
Excelente app, solo por favor acomoden el bug del boton de ir atras en los iphone. Le hago click y no hace nada. Referencia iphone 12 Muchas gracias
