BankPlus is the best bank I’ve ever dealt with! The staff make you feel like they’ve known you forever! Couldn’t get a better staff if one tried! The banking through here is great, I refer it to everyone! Thank you guys for being the best!!

I love the fact that I can talk to somebody on the phone. The only thing I would change is the ability to be able to see the deposit slip on my electronic statement on my phone. As a landlord, I do not know who made the deposit without being able to see the deposit slip on my app T tree kdjdjejdjwiJnd

I have never had trouble before but all of a sudden when I try to deposit a check the camera screen goes blurry and says to rotate phone and then freezes.

Lately, I have had so much trouble with mobile deposit - I cannot deposit my checks on the app. I have sent an email but received no response. I called customer service but could not get any assistance on resolving the matter. I was told that there was no IT department to trouble shoot. I pay $6 per month for service but cannot get assistance on depositing my checks on mobile app.

App won’t allow check deposits. Screen gets stuck on screen saying to rotate.

The online banking has not worked since day one and it’s such a inconvenience.

The app still does not allow mobile deposit because it is not functioning properly to allow the picture to be taken.

Stuck on rotate phone, fix this please
