I’ve been using ASAP System’s BarCloud Inventory solution for about 6 months or so and I have to say that the features are amazing! I frequently use the signature capture feature so that my employees can add their signatures to every transaction they perform. Now I have the added verification needed to keep employees accountable for their inventory transactions. I also frequently use the “recieve” inventory function.

I love this app specifically for the signature capture feature. The app lets me sign off on items directly on my phone and it makes my life so much easier! I also have admin access so I can make it required that everyone must sign off on items whenever they perform a transaction.

I have been searching for years for a solid inventory system that I could count on. After an extensive google search, I landed on asap systems and did a demo for their barcode-based inventory system. They met all of my requirements in just one call and I have never looked back since. Now I can walk around my warehouse scanning inventory by just using my cell phone. I have mastered the ability to scan effortlessly to default locations and quantities which has saved me a ton of time and headaches. Thank you ASAP systems!

UI is terrible and confusing. Crashes often. Have to delete and reinstall, sometimes more than once, while I have a customer sitting in front of me. It’s embarrassing and useless. I can manually move inventory on my side faster than using “a simple app”.

If I could give this 0 stars I would give it -5. This is the worst app ever. Extremely buggy and when they send “updates” to fix it they make it worse.

Persistently buggy to the point of not functioning. Tech team cannot identify or fix issues, and every update creates new problems. Very frustrating and inefficient user interface.
