I started this app, hoping to gain some more customers and have not gained near. Customer. Matter fact I’ve talked to several scams )people trying to take your money) on this app. Every customer that I have talked to had big jobs, but none of them were real. I don’t know how anybody makes any money on this app matter fact there’s only one other review from a year ago and they said they made over 100,000 . How?

Read the reviews. Stay away from Bark! I had over $200 in credits EXPIRE without any warning or notice. Expiring credits may be in the fine print (I never saw that any where) but even Starbucks tells you your credits are going to expire. And YOUR CREDITS SHOULD NEVER EXPIRE. You paid for them. How insulting to your clients to flush their money down the toilet. Do you think I will EVER buy credits again? There has been zero response to my questions on this subject to support. UPDATE: Bark updated their Terms of Service on December 12, 2024 to include the clause of expiring credits, AND THEY DELETED MY CREDITS ON JANUARY 1, 2025. Thanks to support for reinstating my credits worth over $200. These will expire AGAIN if I do not use them.

All of my potential clients on this app are nothing more than price shoppers and don’t really care about anything but the cost of the services they are inquiring about. It would be a good app if: 1) Potential clients actually picked up the phone or call you back, but they don’t 90% of the time so your customer acquisition costs are very high and you cant recover your money because Bark doesn’t honor their own service terms. 2) if potential clients didn't use the app for price shopping! But since they are only price shopping you lose money just to contact them when they aren’t really looking to book an appointment!! They just want to know how much your work is going to cost. Not good at all if you’re doing using it on a tight budget!

Bark is an amazing social sharing platform incredible connections, a great way for businesses to stay in business as well as new businesses to start. I can’t tell you enough about this company. I’m upset with myself that I went through the trouble of creating a profile learning that they charge $15 just to communicate with a potential customer that you may or may not book. Not to mention they can just make up customers all day through AI and have people bid on jobs or try to engage with customers who don’t exist. There’s a high scam potential. I’m just going to pass.

I spend over $200 dollars for nothing the Customers never respond calls, this app should be illegal.

This page is a scam, do not download, the customers do not exist, and phone numbers are fake, they just take your money and customer service also dont replied

I got this app to get house cleaning leads and literally 80-90% of them are scams They give you your money back if it’s a bad lead but I spent about 30 mins each time on the phone with their costumer service to get my credits back which is a major time consuming if your trying to run a business They don’t have control on who signs up on their app and literally most client profiles are fake, like come on! I still have $40 dollars in my account and I haven’t even touched them, it’s not worth the time dealing with scammers and trying to get my money back so literally it’s lost money Find another lead app

I started with bark a few months ago to get extra leads. Not one person has responded to any of the attempts to reach them. I’m beginning to believe they just charge an inordinate amount of money for leads generated by bots. You’ll be better off using google ads or something else. Save your money. 120 dollars for 3-4 leads is ridiculous. Especially if they don’t even respond.
