This app is a good idea but is way too flaky. It is too slow and never recognises the correct gate. It now means I spend a lot more time trying to access the carpark. A real pain when I’m in a hurry.

Car registrations should be mandatory for user profiles. Pointless if we can’t identity who is in which bay when sites need to manage bays and find out who is incorrectly parked. And help us reach out to registered drivers

This app is not safe or practical to use. Requiring drivers to unlock their phone, open the app, try and find the right gate (the app sometimes gets it right, but just as often doesn’t) etc while in a vehicle with the motor running doesn’t make sense. This needs a rework from a driver experience point of view, including Car Play as a minimum.

Hi- the base up app is not working for me. Initially no buildings loaded despite my using my work email address and so I deleted the app and attempted to reload. Now I get a 401 authentication error saying my profile can’t be loaded but nothing happens when I hit retry. I have emailed the base up team twice for help and received no response. Please assist.

I love this app. It makes booking parking so easy. Every time I have a question the customer support team are so helpful and friendly.

Use it for work parking and it’s a great experience.

Bluetooth was on and connectivity was so bad. I was at the gates waiting for at least 15 minutes. Security and “help” contact numbers couldn’t even help. Had to reverse and exit the lane, as the Bluetooth kept opening the wrong boom gate. I never thought I could have such a bad experience parking my car in a building....

Has been wonderful, and very convenient. On the rare occasion there has been an issue it was sorted out quickly. Thank you
