They claimed the technician would arrive within an hour. However, after one hour, the status was still 'pending stock.' I called the helpline several times and finally got the technician's contact. To my surprise, he was on another job and asked for 15 more minutes. After 15 minutes had passed, he still wasn't here. I called again, and he said he was still on the other job and had asked a colleague to replace him. This situation has wasted nearly two hours of my time for nothing! The technician could have informed me earlier and scheduled for another time.

Changed my battery within 15 minutes. Very efficient and fast. Very responsive too
