Great before someone thought it needed improving. It was perfect before. Clear and well organized. Now it's some kind of tabloid style BS. Can't find stories or simple top story updates. You have to wade thru tons of other news to see what u want. Why fix something if it isn't broken?? Bring back the old format please! UPDATE: Going full on MSM - opinion pieces being presented as news. Swinging full right wing. And getting close to removing them as a news source. 🤷♀️
Repeating articles in same column. Can’t zoom in on photos to see details. Videos autoplay one after another. Forced to scroll through sport articles I’m not interested in, can’t remove unwanted subject matter. Scrolling jumps about while adverts load loosing my place while reading.
The new version has lost a very important feature: swipe to the right to move back to the home page from an article. Very annoying that you now need two hands. In addition, pictures have a very low definition and you can’t open and zoom them anymore. Lastly, with this version you can’t select a word that you need to look up. You could before.
The app was fine, then they updated it and it is just terrible
With the previous functions, we can click on any vocab on any articles and hold it for a second show that I can choose “look up” or “translate” to translate any difficult vocab for us, without the need of leaving the app. Now with new version, this function is no longer available.
They downgraded the app. Now it’s just a web app and the live radio is not there anymore. The colour black also look horrible.
The new version is bad, can’t zoom, can swipe to go back and other negative stuff.
Being Italian, I’ve been utilising this app for years in order to see what was reported about my country and what Italian news reached an international coverage. With this new update I can’t look for topics or news through a search bar. What kind of service is this?
It doesn’t update news!
Misinformation and wrong subs. Shameful.
