Total mess. What a pity as I used to enjoy the BBC App The update is Abigail step backwards. Will choose another news App

Spending resources in providing a worse service. That is the definition of waste. Terrible job. News repeat in the main page... No "my news"...

As a long time user I have to say this new update is really bad!

What utter rubbish the new update is! Constantly asked to sign in, video feed corrupted by ad garbage, and completely unnavigable! App now deleted, after being my only news app for over ten years! Sky already downloaded in its place. Bravo to the muppet that approved that!

Absolute rubbish. You can no longer choose topics for the news feed so I am stuck with news on the US economy, among other things I don’t care about.

The bbc news app which I have used for years has changed very recently- and for the worse. Nowhere can I now choose what news I want to read. UK news isn’t even shown under topics. What a mess.

Where has My News gone? I loved the app for being able to follow the news in my areas of interest but this new version does not offer this facility. Very irritating. I read the changes were based on readership preferences. Really? Did you really take into account the views of everybody? Also the round up of Newspapers doesn’t seem to be included anymore. I find this new version messy and difficult to follow forcing me to move to other news apps. Bad move BBC!!!!

Layout is much worse, can’t have the “my news” tabs, very difficult to find anything which matches my interests, bring the previous version back please
