The app doesn’t connect any more.
Apparently they stopped supporting this. I wasted my money but won’t make the same mistake with this company again. I learned my lesson.

After using device a couple years it has stopped working. Web site offers no guidance on trouble shooting. Within 6 months of using the device 3 of the 6 probes stopped working.
Overall no issues with the app, very solid and easy to use. My suggestion would be to add a widget. Thanks!
The idea of having four probes sounded awesome. I came over from the weber igrill hoping to upgrade. But its not much of an upgrade. The app does not store data throughout a whole cook. The app should be upgraded to do that otherwise its just a fancy instant read thermometer. With the iweber app. I could monitor the history of the thermometer and i could save the cooking data of that particular cool.
I’ve had this thermometer for a couple of years now and only use it inside when roast turkeys or prim ribs inside the oven. I’m currently using it outside to smoke a brisket and the temperature prob to tell me how hot it is inside the pit is off by 100 degrees. That’s just crazy. Spend the money and get a better Bluetooth thermometer.
Thermometer works great however the constant resetting of the temperature graph and the fact that you can’t save the graph is a definite shortcoming. Would be leagues better if it had these two fixes
The app really needs to store the historical info about the temperatures, not reset every time it drops connection. Otherwise, the app works well and have multiple settings (including custom) for each probe’s temperature or range and includes alarms.
I am not sure why, but the temperature graph resets every hour or so when I smoke for 8-9 hours. It would be nice to have a consistent graph to see temperature fluctuations. Everything else is great otherwise. And OH the feedback option inside the app doesn’t work, I typed this whole thing, but the SEND button didn’t work, so leaving it here. Try it!
The graph is the main feature that I like is the graph. It would be useful great if the axis could be edited. Currently locked to a very small range (ok for cooks, not useful for monitoring Grill temperature)
The inkbird 4 probe thermometer is good. Unfortunately, the apps that support it are not. I e tried two now. This app will lose the connection almost hourly. I can be literally next to my grill and it will lose connection which makes the entire purpose of this purchase pointless as I wanted to do over night cooks and get alerted when things fall out of parameters but this is not the case as it loses its connection data frequently. I have downloaded this on my wife’s android and still has same issues.
