BC Ferries

Each time I use it I’m asked to login so I have to look for my login info. Much quicker to use website where my login is automatically saved. I’ve now deleted the useless app

I have been using BC FERRIES for a very long time. I’ve had leukaemia cancer and had to travel back-and-forth a lot from Vancouver Island to Vancouver to the hospital and back both their app and their telephone service is horrible and a lot of time most of the ticket agents on the Vancouver side are very rudeand uneducated about their job the Nanaimo side you have a 50-50 chance to get a good one or not they really need to be educated and learn control with people and not be rude and short with people. I see it all the time, especially with senior citizens and people with top flips like myself for medical reasons. I’m very, not happy with the service and really wish it would improve, but it seems to get worse every year, if I didn’t have to take the BC FERRIES if there was an alternative way I definitely would use an alternative way

Just installed this despite the reviews. Was pleased to discover it's fast, efficient, and extremely easy to navigate. Loaded my tickets in a flash. Really nice app.

It just logs you out randomly. Now I can’t even log in, as it immediately says “Session Expired” when I do. This app is tragic.

I found the app easier to use on a mobile device than the website, but after successfully making two bookings (according to email confirmations received) and successfully paying for them (according to my bank) only one shows up in the app under “my bookings” even after 24 hours. So, I don’t think it is working properly.

Don’t bother. I have been forced to deal with this company for years and it is only gotten worse even though they’re spending doubled.

When try to complete reservation and pay, app asks for a code to be sent to your phone. This does not work. Tried it 5 times with different cards. Still didn’t work. Had to have app call me to get code to authenticate card. Really good security but maybe enable text to phone also.

Why do I have to login to the app to use it now? Well done, Bc Ferries, the only thing you did well now sucks.

App is taking me back to old app. Also can’t set up account on new app. It asked me to log in. Set up new password. Tells me not correct. Also asking me to update. Checked it, its up to date. Still can’t login or connect old account or reclaim it. Remove update learn more as it keeps looping

Every time I need to edit my booking, it would not accept the changes when I needed to pay the difference. I needed to login on the website to make the change.
