Does not work
After login, the app takes forever to load bank account details. Literally. I have yet to see my bank account details or perform any transaction so I am forced to use the old app or access my account via a browser.

- Quickly view your statements right on the app
- Enjoy free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and wallets
- Confirm transactions using biometrics or 6-digit PIN
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR
If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.
Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the Online Banking website is unchanged and maintained separately.

So many bugs here and always has problems with connections

Poorly developed app. Go back to the drawing board. Favorites not working. Send money not deducting. Send money status now showing.

No works for OTP and some bugs to login even no response from customer service . Confuse a scam app or original BDO.

Can’t log in to my account using this app, however I can log in using desktop computer!!
Makes no sense
Had to call customer service because i couldn’t log in. Why do they need 3 separate apps for the same functions?
