Not working for transfers and payment
Everytime i use the app for transfers, it gets stuck on “confirm” and does not proceed. Fix it

View and manage your BDO accounts with the BDO Online app and enjoy features that let you:
- Secure your cards real-time using lock or unlock card, disable overseas debit card transactions, and set your debit card limits
- Quickly view your statements right on the app
- Enjoy free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and wallets
- Confirm transactions using biometrics or Passcode
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.
Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your BDO Online username and new password.
Your new password will also reflect in the BDO Online website and the BDO Pay app.

BDO NEW APP
IN WEBSITE MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD IS CORRECT WHEN I USE THIS NEW APP SAY MY PASSWORD IS IN CORRECT. I TRY TO CHANGE MY PASS AND MANY TIME IN WEBSITE I CAN LOGIN BUT IN THE APPS SAY WRONG PASS AGAIN.

Cannot login??
Username is different from the website and old bdo app. And even if you managed to key in your logon credentials, there's no otp being sent AT ALL - how do you expect us to login and use this app?!
All favourite gone after update to new app
I updated to new app but all info from favourites just gone missing. Update: I can no longer login. Keep on showing error message. Tried to install for a couple of times but no luck. Reverted to using laptop instead. Really bad user experience.
Unable to login
I can use same login id and password on website but on app, it says incorrect login id and password. Weird app
Application Showing Log in Error
Auto email said need to use this mobile application but when tried to log in its sharing cannot login. There is no issue with existing application. Is this new application is used for keylogger to hack the users cause its not responding correctly.
