It was great at first. The outlook has been upgraded and additional features have been added but just yesterday I couldn’t even login due to username and password are incorrect so I had to use the web to login and it was completely fine. BDO needs to take care of this!

BDO and its tech development team should be ashamed. I am switching banks altogether just because of how terrible their UX is

I had to change my password twice but the app still did not acknowledge the two times I changed it. When I log in the browser it works just fine. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. It’s too much of a hassle when the promise is convenience

Keeps logging out my account and i couldn’t even do any transactions because of it.

The system always has a problem. This solution to convinience has become such an inconvinience to its users.

I went to the province over the holidays. Naturally, the connection/location changes. They say they need to verify my identity so they can give me access of my money 😭 but there’s no verification process whatsoever to fix it immediately lolololol

App require diff log-in details for your web account. When you try to reset pw will ask for thr last 4 digits of your account which it doesn’t also recognize.

This is the worst app that I ever used in my entire life!!!
