## BDO Online Description
View and manage your BDO accounts with the BDO Online app and enjoy features that let you:

- Secure your cards real-time using lock or unlock card, disable overseas debit card transactions, and set your debit card limits
- Quickly view your statements right on the app
- Enjoy free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and wallets
- Confirm transactions using biometrics or Passcode
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR

Step 2
Set up your new password

Step 3
Log in with your BDO Online username and new password.

Your new password will also reflect in the BDO Online website and the BDO Pay app.

This new app is the worst! With the old app, I could access everything smoothly, but ever since the switch to the new one, it’s been a nightmare. I can no longer log in and to my surprise, the call center told me that I had changed the number registered to my mobile banking account which I never did. This is very alarming. I’ve already done everything the customer care team advised in order to regain access to my account but nothing has worked. The service has become terrible.

They told me that my case will be resolved within 5 working day but waited for for 15 days for my case to be reviewed. I SUBMITTED THE FILES THEY REQUIRE AND TOOK ANOTHER 7 DAY TO REVIEW BUT THEY SAID IT CANNOT BE PROCESSES BECAUSE THEY NEED MY SIGNATURE! I ASKED MULTIPLE TIME IF THERE ATE OTHER THINGS THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT THEY SAID NO! I WILL GET MY FUNDS WHEN I COME BACK IN YHE PHILIPPINES AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND MY FAMILIES ACCOUNT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!  YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE AND I WILL CLOSE ALL THE ACCOUNTS OF FAMILY MEMBERS!  I ASKED YOUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE WHAT OTHER DOCUMENTS I NEED TO SUBMIT AND THEY TOLD ME NOTHING JUST YOUR PASSPORT! I CALLED APRIL 2 AND UNTIL NOW ITS NOT YET RESOLVED HAHAHA IT’S JUST CHANGING OF EMAIL!  NOW I CALLED FOR THE FOLLOW UP AND THEY TOLD ME YOU CANNOT CHANGE MY EMAIL BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A SIGNATURE!  I CAN PROVIDE MY SIGNATURE IF THEY JUST TOLD ME. I WILL MAKE SURE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND ALL THE MEMBERS IN MY FAMILY WHEN I COME HOME! YOUR THE WORST BANK EVER!   I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!

I work overseas and only the previous website online is working. Now they remove that one as well. And insisting on this app that doesn’t work. I emailed the call center they responded once. When i try to follow up regarding my request they blocked my email.

I can now view my outstanding bank balance, outstanding credit card balance, and home loan balance. I can log-in via face ID seamlessly. Also I can now pay bills just like how it is from the old app BDO Digital Banking.

I already changed my registered number to my UAE number and I can log in on their website portal with no problem at all. But when I do on the app, it says incorrect password! Whenever I try to change the password, it requires an OTP but I am not receiving any on my newly registered number. 

How can I access my account now that the old website log in portal is gone?!

This banking app is an absolute disaster. The login process is a joke—constantly failing, and when I try to reset my username or password, it either doesn’t work or gives me an error. Was in the branch overseas and had to call customer support 3 times!! What’s worse? They told me the investigation would take at least 8 days!

How is it acceptable for a bank to block access to MY money for over a week with no urgency? The entire system is inefficient, unhelpful, and completely unreliable. If you’re thinking of using this bank, don’t. Take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration, terrible service, and being locked out of your own account.
