## BDO Online Description
View and manage your BDO accounts with the BDO Online app and enjoy features that let you:

- Secure your cards real-time using lock or unlock card, disable overseas debit card transactions, and set your debit card limits
- Quickly view your statements right on the app
- Enjoy free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and wallets
- Confirm transactions using biometrics or Passcode
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR

If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.

Step 2
Set up your new password

Step 3
Log in with your BDO Online username and new password.

Your new password will also reflect in the BDO Online website and the BDO Pay app.

You should have an easy access for us living abroad to set-up how we get the OTP once our PH number gets deactivated. It is so hard to sort things out not geeting otp. How can we log in? All your customer service has booce prompt all options asking OTP which we dont have access. Thats why we are calling in the 1st place.!

Put option in need helping log in to recieve otp via email or update to new number!

This new version is not working at all. The worst app created to date. How many times I had to reset my password just to login and yet still unable to access it. Who ever develop this new version should be fired from his job. Now I had to use the web version instead.

Redirected me from my old mobile banking to download this new version but since downloading it couldnt even log in, I got locked out from my acct because of too many attempts to log in, eventhough I always put in the correct login details it still always fails! I tried resetting the password multiple times but it always fails as well because I couldnt receive the otp thru my mobile phone. I emailed them since I am living abroad and cant get a hold of their international helpline, but it’s been months and still no response to my email, all my payments got delayed, had to ask my relatives in the PH to pay for it in the bank because I already incurred penalty as I didnt manage to pay on time as I cannot login to the app!!!! Such an inconvenience! Now I cant even see what’s happening to my money because I still cant access this app!!! IT’s been months and this issue is still not being addressed!!!

There are times that when I log in, it keeps saying “wrong password” eventhough I am using face recognition log in system on my iphone and the saved password is still the same. I tried to enter the same password slowly and carefully but still did not work. When I use it on desktop log in, it works. I live in the UK and I have 3 different UK bank accounts with app and they are perfectly designed with good security features and not complicated.

I’m not sure if this app is anti ofw, very disappointing that you’re not able to login to your bank account, it always has issues and you can’t able to work on your money. As an OFW, I was prompted by the old version of the app to download and log in using the updated platform. However, despite following the instructions and successfully downloading the new app, I was unable to log in to my account.This situation has caused significant inconvenience, particularly given the importance of seamless access to my financial information while working abroad. I strongly believe that during a transition of this scale, user data and login credentials should be transferred appropriately to avoid disruptions. Ensuring a smooth experience for your users should be a priority, especially for overseas clients who rely heavily on uninterrupted access.I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide assistance in resolving the login issue as soon as possible. Additionally, I would appreciate it if future transitions of this nature are handled more smoothly to prevent any similar challenges.

I can't believe I opened another account after four years, thinking there would be some improvement after those frustrating years using this bank's network. Now, all my deposited money is stuck in my online account, and I can't even transfer it to my other bank account because the online app isn't working! Unless you withdraw and move the deposit again to another bank network I have. It's so frustrating that nothing has changed. 😔
