Sometimes the numbers glitch out a little when I’m breathing but it’s a fantastic app that I’m really grateful for :) I got this app because I’ve had panic attacks since I was a kid, ASD + BPD here :/ I’d love it if some more sounds could be added! I find the ones with bird sounds and stuff distracting. Oh! Also, I like “box breathing” as well so if an extra optional *hold* could be implemented after exhaling that’d be great!

I’ve always struggled with paced breathing/ breathing exercises but this app works really well for me as i am a visual person. The ocean sounds and the natural flow of the breathing circle made it intuitive to follow and calmed me down so quickly. Thank you so much for this app. I can’t tell you how much you’ve helped.

### ***** "A great way to focus on your breathing"
I downloaded this after my first ever panic attack. I haven’t had one since so I can’t say for sure if this will help during a crisis, however I do think it will. 

Thinking something will help is having a lifeline, it’s all about what’s in your head. Even something this simple. Knowing it works for others makes me believe it must work for me and the power of the positive thinking usually escapes you during an attack when you are sure you’re going to die. 

The app forces/instructs/reminds you to breathe deep, hold and exhale. Your breathes are timed. 

It also has other clever features, sounds, uploading of a photo that makes you happy and a speed dial option.

Well done to the creators/designers. It is simple but I think it is going to be very likely effective. Thank you

I really enjoy this app, the layout is nice and clean looking. My only issue is when I try to log an attack it keeps adding it to the next day (I make a record on 11/09 and it gets added to 12/09)
