Very good
The best in its class. Just lacking a mixer windows to have control in app of each track. Very good . I can use my own samples and the in app purchase library is awesome. Hope there will a mixer on next version.

Good app, but not a pro
My expectation was a more intuitive app and practical than the MPC-PRO, the demonstration video seemed to be. When using, I had difficulties to edit the pattern, and feel a delay in triggers pad. Time to edit the recorded samples, the nomenclature of the edit is above the controller, which confused me a lot. I really enjoyed the option of having a piano keyboard and the ability to just upload the sample kit of a song. It is a great application, but in my testing I did not like. Perhaps in future we will have a PRO version. The UVI is a great company, I love the applications for Mac, although he never used. But always followed the postings. My Favorite Beatmaking App
I love this app. It’s high quality, you can buy tons of packs, interfaces well with my DAW and has low latency. I especially love that you can import your own samples for a unique sound that’s all your own. I’m concerned though that BeatHawk hasn’t been updated for 2 yrs and that eventually Apple will take the app off of its store or that it won’t be keeping up with new changes in my iOS and my DAW. UVI if you’re out there, please respond!
Among The Best!!!
Beathawk is by far one of the most amazing music workstations apps available! The sound collection is beyond worthy by themselves. The 4 stars is because it’s not a full fledged DAW where you can add plugins or do much automation. But it’s AUv3 and that’s giant! Don’t sleep on this beast!!!
BeatHawk Delivers !
The sound packs are second to none on the iPad, Acoustic drums sound great with some eq mixing. The pianos are top notch.

I would recommend purchasing Beathawk to anyone..everyone! They have such amazing products, and top notch customer service!!
