Too many unnecessary fields
As the subject describes, the app requires users to fill in information that is not relevant to them. Updating our CID and filling in the KYC form.. Al Mulla Exchange is way better. #

I’m trying to register but date of expiry can’t select date, confirm button is not working
Please add Kuwait Mobile id Authentication.
New Users can be register with Kuwait Mobile Id Authentication and Existing users can update their Civil Id through Kuwait Mobile Id Authentication
App keeps hanging
The App takes to the last step of payment and hangs up. And logs out. After at-least minimum 3-4 attempts it works all the way thru…
Transaction
When use this app to transfer money, got three step….step 3 bank info cannot go for it. Keep on buffering
