App doesn’t work

Won’t allow you to enter your home address for delivery. Loosing many sales from us as we love these guys.

Food is fantastic, app is dreadful

Just updated the app to the latest version and the adding patties function doesn’t work. You either can’t select a patty amount or when you can and then go to add cart, the app thinks you haven’t selected anything. It’s a shame because it would be so handy if it worked!

Burgers are the best but

Burgers and food is phenomenal, but the app does not work.

Burgers and food is next level. But the app still does not work as it should, loyalty not updating, once food is picked up, still prompts you that your food is ready.

Waited an hour and they kept saying it’ll be ready in 5 mins every 5 minutes
