These crashes often occur at the most inconvenient moments - during live sports events or in the middle of shows. The app needs to be restarted multiple times per viewing session, which is unacceptable for a paid service. To the development team: Please focus on stability and performance. Your loyal customers deserve better than this declining user experience. For whatever reason even though a series is recorded daily it only displays yesterdays episodes in addition to anything prior to November 15th. Ive tried making changes to the series from the settings/manage function but it reverts back to the old settings. I delete all current episodes and although it show all episodes deleted after a while the episodes reappear. I don’t understand what I need to do to fix the problem.
