No password recovery option on my iPhone SE, I’ve spent way too much time trying to long into this app. So frustrating, going back to paper bills. Okay I found it, you have to click on the three bars at the top right, then select login help. It should pop up automatically like every single other site I’ve ever been on. 🙄
Fix your glitchy app. All I get is error messages.

90% I failed to access my account. What kind of rubbish it is!
Why bother having a ‘convenient’ app if it never works?
This is the most unuser-friendly app I have ever used. When I was finally able to get a user ID and password, I was re-directed to the website to read terms and conditions before I could use the app. Clicked on that and was redirected again. I must’ve been redirected five times before I gave up!
MTS is no longer mailing bills. I was told to download the app instead. I downloaded the app + there is no mechanism in the app to print the bill or download it into your files. Useless.
I use my cell phone for TALKING. I have a set amount of minutes per billing months, over that I pay extra. So why doesn’t this app give the number of VOICE minutes? It will show DATA usage, which is worth the 1 star, but I also require VOICE MINUTES. Yes I know I can see that on my phone, but I have to ‘reset’ the stats at the beginning of every billing period. Another thing to remember. I can call MTS and they’ll give me the number of voice minutes used for the current billing period, so why can’t that be included in this app?
Clearly they don’t care about functionality given all the other horrible reviews… every time I make a payment with the app, I put in all my information and the app crashes. When I go to pay on the website, same process, and then I get an error message that they’re having “technical difficulties”. I would love to pay my bill, but this is making it extremely difficult. Definitely won’t be signing back up with Bell MTS when I move.
