There are so many well thought out features on this app, and the fact that the developers are so responsive makes me so excited for future enhancements. If you have ADHD this is a must have tool!

Enough said! There are so few resources to women across the board - what Belle is doing is potentially revolutionary for anyone on their hormone healing journey.

I love that this app provides free and scientifically accurate information on hormones throughout the menstrual cycle along with infographics that make it easy to track the hormonal changes occurring. In addition, solutions to help in dealing with symptoms as a result of hormonal changes are also found on the app such as breathing techniques and meditations. This app has opened my eyes to so many different ways in which I could be supporting my body and menstrual cycle in each phase. I look forward to the CBT based courses that will be available soon to deepen my understanding of other female health issues. I often feel confused on how to manage the symptoms of each menstrual phase and feel like this app has helped me in better understanding and supporting my own body.

I actually started using this app because I was looking for free solutions for menopause symptoms. I decided to give this a try because I used to struggle a lot with pms and only now in my later years realized it might have been pmdd all along. But that just wasn’t talked about 20-30 years ago. I love the exercises in the app especially the stress reduction parts like PMR and the meditations. In my view it’s helpful for all kinds of symptoms related to our cycle. Please add more material for menopause!! Thanks!!

This app helped out my friend with PMDD. The layout and guidelines are state of the art. Navigating everything is easy to understand, and the app is extremely helpful. Strongly recommend for those who need this service!

I downloaded this app on a whim and like how thoughtful it is towards user. Many medical apps don’t care too much about bed side manner but to see this one be considerate and even let the user know something can be changed later is incredibly thoughtful and a good way to gain the users trust.
