Belong

I have been in communication with various belong staff for 6 months or so since my area became 5G the internet speed is slow to stop, first excuse- rats and vermin in the Telstra tower, then each month from then belong is working with Telstra… useless, frustrating, waste of my time

I have been with Belong for quite a few years now and suggest they are one of the best mobile services available. I get coverage in 99% of the places I go. The roll over of data is great for me. Not changing back to the others any time soon. Happy customer. Paul M

Belong is great. Service where I live is reliable. The app is good enough but definitely could do with a refresh to make it look more modern!

This app doesn’t allow me to update my payment method or my email address. I have to ring and speak to a person (who can barely speak English) to be able to do that. But at least it will let me change my date of birth and my phone number — this is useful stuff. Their pathetic “security” theatre sends a two factor authentication by SMS text message or by unencrypted plain email. Here in the 21st century, we like to use TOTP or HOTP authentication keys, particularly to secure phone numbers, which Belong don’t seem too worried about. Don’t use this app and don’t use this service provider, both are complicit in data leakage and takeover fraud.

Can’t download my invoices from the app. Will show on screen but not give the option to ‘save to files’. I now have to log onto a PC to get copies of my invoices.

My father and I have been Belong customers for just over four years now, and both of us are extremely happy with our Telco provider. Data rollover was a big incentive to joining, along with operating on the Telstra network. We get by with our call/data plans, which covers our needs very well. We would happily recommend Belong to others for a simplified service without a tonne of extra add ons that you pay for and never use. Cheers!

I’ve seen some negative reviews, but I’m very happy with their service. I’ve gotten my mother sister and boyfriend onto belong as they are affordable and have data rollover. I love that they are eco friendly. Yes the app can be a little slow at times but it does the job.

Pleasantly surprised. Changed 3 of our family phones over a few months ago and had no problems. Transition was fast and easy. After reading the comments I was a bit nervous, but in the end it’s been great. Cheers.

App doesn’t work just loading.

We have been using Belong for over four years. Internet reception is slowed down during midday and evening! 🔥🔥 I was $45 mobile plan plus $5 (calls and texts to 30 destinations), and with my partner's $19 mobile plan, we shared data. Do you know?! The basic mobile plan was $15 for 5GB/month. 🙄🙄 New plan and data - $21 Mobile Plan 7GB/month Current plan and data - $19 Mobile Plan 5GB/month. Seriously we don't need it! Bye 👋👋
