Some hate themselves because of BeReal, but the app is perfect

I’m extremely frustrated with the recent updates to the BeReal app. Every time I open it, something seems to break. The most significant issue is the removal of the post grid view. Previously, I could see everything on one screen, which made navigating through my friends’ posts easy and enjoyable. Now, I have to endlessly scroll through a feed on my phone, and I’ve completely stopped checking my friends’ updates because of this. Why did you change something that was working perfectly fine? It’s really discouraging. I’m not even as concerned about bugs like disappearing comments or captions anymore, but removing the post grid was a terrible decision. Please reconsider bringing it back, as it’s a key feature that made the app user-friendly and enjoyable.

I do not know what these new updates brought on board but this app doesn’t have half the functionality of the other apps yet it’s the hardest to run. Is it necessary to always have the last iPhone 26 to run all the apps smoothly? A couple of crashes or not an immaculately optimised app is understandable but in the case of BeReal, it’s just very slow everywhere. I really love this app, however, all these bugs and optimisation issues ruin the experience.

Dear BeReal idk what’s wrong with my app but the verification isn’t sending the code i tried everything

I would like to report a very important issue, please fix it so that I will be able to use your app. First of all after deleting the account it is not being deleted, cause the verification code is never sent to confirm that you want to delete the app, second of all when I wanted to login again, as my account hasn’t been deleted, the verification code wasn’t sent so I couldn’t login either. Then I tried to create a new account with another phone number, it worked, but after I logged out and then tried to login again, I couldn’t, as the verification code wasn’t sent. So I guess the same phone number can’t be used even after logging out. Please fix the issue and let me know, if you need I can provide phone number so that you can test and find the exact issue easily.

I have purchased a new iPhone and transferred all my data from the old phone to the new one. However, when I want to verify my number the verification code won’t come. I have tried literally everything but nothing works and your support is just USELESS. I have been a user of this app for almost 2 years and there are lots of memories of me and my loved ones. How long is this going to take? I mean it’s already been a week since I can’t get a verification code to restore my account. This is really not professional and disappointing!
