I have been facing this issue for a month, and I sent an email, but after their late reply, my problem is still not fixed and I still can't log into my account

Always bad request 400 !!!!
I can’t enter my account!
I changed my phone and tried to log in my new one but no verification code was sent and ive been contacting your support since last year till now and they didn’t help either im pretty disappointed I will delete the app

Contacting the support email since 1st of September 2024 and they kept telling me that the team working on it, I’m not receiving the verification code to login **bad request 400*!!!!
The Bad application
I downloaded the application a while ago and it started showing me my nambar is not true and I spoke to the company and they did not respond until after a while and they have not found a solution to my problem until now

I changed my device and couldn’t log back in to my account. Contacted support and they just told me bull about them doing the best they can and will let me know as soon as the issue is resolved. No help whatsoever.
No Verification number received
Been trying for 8 months to log back into my account after changing my device with no luck. I tried to ask support for help with no luck whatsoever. They are literally useless.
