BeReal is the simplest photo-sharing app where you and your friends post once a day to show what you’re really up to.

I used to love bereal and the features they would add were always relevant and wanted but I’ve found since they sold the app they have changed so much and the adds are especially annoying as well as if someone posts more than one be real their BeReals are scattered and not how they used to be. I got BeReal right at the beginning and really loved the idea of it as it was not filled with ads, stories and all the other stuff that other social media apps had. However, for the last few weeks I have been getting an ad after every single BeReal post. Why?! I thought this app was supposed to be different from the other social media apps but now it is exactly the same. It is so sad. I really love the concept but will definitely delete the app if more ads pop up. There’s nothing “real” about it.

I really do like the app, but I think it’s best to leave it as 1 star just because there’s this glitch I’m having for a long time where I keep on receiving BeReal notifications telling me to take a BeReal multiple times a day, so I would get like 4 Time to take a BeReal a day at different time. This is extremely annoying as it forces me to open the app to notice that there’s no BeReal. Please fix this
