The programs of Sondre took me to the next level of bodyweight exercises and are a great supplementary and cross-training for climbers. If possible, an IPad- or browser version with landscape / horizontal format would be great.

One of the best Calisthenics Apps i’ve used
I use this app nearly every day. It improved my handstand and feeling for balance by miles. Also it’s perfect, that there is an estimation for the length of the workout, so I always know if I have time to slide a workout in. Thank you Sondre!
Very thorough app. Targets all kinds of muscle systems I didn’t even know of. A lot of thought and work out into this.
My body loved being in these new yoga poses.🧘🏾♀️ I’ve been doing them every morning so far .the yoga video is very helpful for my upper body stiffness and I just found it easier to follow along without having to look at the screen every few seconds. Thank you.

These workouts are masterfully put together. Strength,flexibility and skills all rolled into one. The workout are scalable, so they are as difficult (or as easy) as you need them to be. Do it now before you’re 58 like me, wishing you had found this program decades ago. I would highly recommend.
I have been training for most of my life. I have done so many different types of workouts. These routines are different as they approach the entire system (muscle, ligaments, fascia, etc) as a whole.
