I never write reviews but I need to now. I would stay away. I have an unsettled bet (small amount but it is the principle of it) that I am trying to settle. I was told at first they paid me for it then I was told that I cashed it out. Their customer service reps are liars. I withdrew my money and I went back to DraftKings.
Lost my information then got locked out and told I couldn’t have an account even though I only had account for one day. Support said due to rules and regulations never giving reason just glad I didn’t deposit any money better to stay with FanDuel or MGM
So easy and fast why wouldn’t I want to use this app ! It’s for me
I had Bet365 for almost a yr. They wanted me to talk about the time I spent on the app. No big deal. I was honest and told them I only use the app for fun. Their response was they didn’t like my time on the app and would not unsuspend me. Said the only way I would be reinstated was if I took a voluntary 6 month leave by their suggestion.
Worst odds ever! I deposited multiple times hundreds of dollars and barely got anything in return from this website! I am a frequent player through all the online casinos and I believe that this is the worst one! sorry for this review, but I feel that it’s true! So you are only allowed to place bets if you are physically in Ohio, but it has no problem letting me sign up and deposit money. Totally normal stuff.
