So far I’ve found the Betfair app relatively easy to navigate. It’s pretty busy obviously, and initially was a bit confusing to know what’s what but in time I was able to find my way around! It’s well organised with various categories for sport and racing seperate, which I like as I don’t support animals being used for sport! I also appreciate the black background as it’s easier on my eyes.

They permanently close your accounts (management level) and can do so due to refusal of giving personal income information during the pandemic. No other provider asks for banking records and we as customers have the right to privacy.
