Cannot register my magshop subscription ie do not get the three bars etc that give that capacity Also having huge problem finding a nickname not already taken which is extremely annoying
Why does this app still have the same download issue? Continuously logging users out who then can not log in. Ridiculous.
Guess I’m not alone in this problem of not being able to access my subscription. It’s recently been renewed and I am not able to view anything but a black screen. I’ve never had any issues with this before and now after being a subscriber for many years I can’t see anything. I hope someone out there can resolve this issue for everyone.
App is no longer supported on iPad due to having an old one and no longer supporting the newer version. Due to this can only view on iPhone, struggled to login as forgot password didn’t work so had to email. Now I’m left with viewing each month of an iPhone, which is incredibly frustrating as the screen is small and having to zoom in for every single article is annoying as well, I wouldn’t recommend this app and if you can to purchase the actual magazine.
Cannot open your Better Homes and Gardens app any more. Just get black screen. About to cancel subscription.
Downloaded better homes and gardens app after subscribing with mag shop. However whenever I go to the login button of this app, I get kicked out of the app itself so now I’ve got a subscription that I can’t use anyway,I’ve done this multiple times with the same result. So dissatisfied and disappointing. I would give a negative star if there was that option
It’s available in the shops but not on the app. I have sent three emails but cannot get an answer.
I ponder why you can’t update the content of subscriptions in your app. The magazine has been available in stores and via Apple News for days (probably close to two weeks now) but via your app nothing. I update. This is for bhg mag and women’s weekly. Love the content (hence I subscribe) but super disappointed about timeliness.
How do you read upside down pages on an iPad when it changes orientation page to page? I sent feedback - note that the feedback button in the app has the wrong email address. I informed them of this but received no reply. The response about the upside down pages was that the last section is a flip book. Clearly they don’t care that this makes this section unreadable.
