As such I don’t get a physical membership card, I have to scan the barcode in the app. My suggestion is for the devs to make it possible to add said barcode to my apple wallet. The app also always requires internet access to show the barcode (no cache), which is spotty near the centre I visit. If I look for swimming. You will get kids classes. For Aqua Aerobics you would think is a swimming activity, but it’s not. Try searching for Aqua Aerobics - nothing comes up. Additionally, I’ve been charged for a no show for a class that I haven’t booked. I have booked and attended 2 classes. They have now locked me out of booking classes! Because £3 is owing. They have not responded to my numerous emails,texts etc for explanation. Only standard response that don’t explain. The worst behaviour I have ever experienced from a club.
