PSICÓLOGOS CUALIFICADOS Y CON EXPERENCIA

En BetterHelp, todos nuestros psicólogos en España cuentan con un máster en Psicología General Sanitaria o han realizado el PIR y la residencia, según su especialidad.
Están registrados en el Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de su región y tienen al menos 3 años de experiencia relevante en terapia con adultos.

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?

Tras completar nuestro cuestionario, te asignaremos un psicólogo cualificado de acuerdo con tus necesidades, preferencias y ubicación. Tú y tu psicólogo dispondréis de una “sala de terapia” discreta, donde podrás enviarle mensajes en cualquier momento y desde cualquier dispositivo con conexión a internet. También puedes agendar una sesión semanal en directo, ya sea por vídeollamada, por teléfono o por chat en directo.

En estas sesiones podrás hablar o escribir sobre ti, sobre lo que está ocurriendo en tu vida, plantear preguntas o comentar los desafíos que enfrentas. Tu psicólogo te ofrecerá nuevas perspectivas y orientación. Este diálogo constante y personalizado es la base del trabajo terapéutico.

Juntos, trabajaréis en lo que más te importa y en explorar nuevas perspectivas.

Tu suscripción a BetterHelp incluye:

- 1 Sesión semanal en directo

- Envío de mensajes (texto, vídeo y audio) con tu psicólogo cuando quieras

I was unfairly charged nearly $320 for the most expensive package without proper notice about the subscription ending after the trial. Despite multiple attempts, customer support hasn’t responded or resolved the issue. I never abused the app and expected transparent service. I don’t recommend this app due to poor communication and lack of support.

I am a home stay mom with a full time job from home. I am at home all day with two toddlers and is difficult for me to find the time to get ready and go to an appointment at an office. I live the liberty of scheduling meeting with my therapist without the hustle of getting ready, finding someone to take care of my kids while I go to the appointment and then drive to the appointment.

i agreed with the person below saying it was more stressful to deal with the therapist
i payed for the app because they tell you you can chat with your therapist 
so i wrote on the chat my issues so in therapy session we could focus on that 
first therapist didn't talk at all, she was just waiting for me to talk or lead the conversation, second therapist saying that i'm just bored... last night they charged me for the second week 
for two sessions that the therapists didn't help 
i'm actually a psychologist and i can assure these people are just taking your money just to listen to you, they don't have a structured session where the patient can talk about their issues but also receive guidance and companion, these therapist doesn't care about you, they are just checking time when on session 
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY 
AND THE CREATORS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY GOING THROUGH A LOT AND CHARGED THEM AND NO HELP NOR COMPANION NOR PROFESSIONAL HELP PROVIDED 
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME 
it kinda helps sending the messages getting off of the chest some feelings, and that was good but then i realized the therapists didn't care about my background and don't even read my messages 
so if you are seeking for help, these app is not going to help, don't waste your money cause being charged last night in the middle of the night for an app that doesn't do anything for u, it added more stress and i know is not that expensive but damn it hurt cause rn not only i'm going through A LOT and have money issue too, this is so unfair
and i'm want a refund and i'm going to do what it takes to get my refund cause this is a fraud 
start writing a journal, identify environments where you are happy and try to tell your closest family and friends 
you can do this!

Better help was advertised to me as “free” online therapy, and since I’m not financially well and need desperately a place where I can talk and try and resolve my personal problems I downloaded the app. They made me fill out over 20 personal questions, which while to a certain level understandable since it’s therapy online, some where a little more unnecessary to be asked; after answering to all their questions and arriving to the part that left me angry was when the app tells you you need to pay for using and allegedly free service, even if refusing to pay the three options which the app provides when responding to I can’t afford this service were all explanations of why you should pay and returned to the pay page. 
It is very disappointing to see that very influential people and the same app advertise this as free is not true since many as myself need really hoped to get help just to be shut down at the last second.
I would give it 0 stars but the AppStore doesn’t allow it so this gets an undeserved 2 star

Very sad to write this review... I tried to get help from BetterHelp but ended up feeling even worse. They switched me up 4 times, the counselors were never responsive and when they were it was always super robotic (copy/paste) answers .... I never felt like they cared to help me. The client service was much more helpful than the actual therapists (for that I am grateful and why I give two stars and not one) ... anyways I got no counseling whatsoever in the weeks I tried BetterHelp... so, if you’re going through a tough time, this probably isn’t the way to go. Better to invest in proper therapy.
