All they say is send an email to customer support but never act on it. I’m sure even on this review an illiterate person will say give more details on an email address and will not do anything else.
I’ve been having issues with app installation but no support. Raised a complaint on web, confirmed it by calling on helpdesk and even sent the mail. All these channels are just burning money and not doing anything more. What a use of taxpayer’s money.
