Downtown tour.
Yesterday I took an one day Downtown tour in front of M&M. Appreciate for the tour and the associate who helped my making a decision. She greally well and provided full information. Keep up the good work Denise D.

One stop Tour including major attractions
We were on a 4 day tour to New York and has been recommended to choose BigBus tour. It was really a pleasure to hop on and hop off at the major attraction along with live commentary from the guide. We had booked for 3 day with 5 attractions and enjoyed our tour very much. I will definitely recommend this tour for someone with limited days to see New York.
Good app
This is good and helpful to know that there is a stop next to you. However that being said the you should have more navigation because it’s just a bit complex and now that great and this is the only critique that’s their in another wise good app.
It sucked
They made us wait 1.5 hours and we got stuck in traffic cause they kept making us wait and they gave no refunds and the 130$ for the boat Tour was not Worth it and they did not let us down the stairs to warm up and we where not moving the whole thing was 4:30-8:00 it sucked
No Hop Off

Not responsive enough to be useful
BigBus London. App is fine for route planning, but real time bus info is useless. Ended up having to switch to public transportation, making the fee for BigBus a complete waste of money.
Not Intuitive in San Francisco
The app is not particularly intuitive. It was hard to see the sight markers because the bus icons were in the way. The maps that the bus driver handed out could have a little more information. The driver passed the first stop before everyone could figure out what was happening. Several on the bus had wanted the first stop. The audio took 4 stops to sink up with the where the bus was. Also 90 degrees and no air conditioning. 🥵

No a/c. WiFi didn’t work 4 hours into the tour around London. Drivers were nice. London was packed. Drivers were amazing with all the traffic
