Para nada recomendable en Las Vegas, solo tienen 3 autobuses y entonces tarda demasiado tiempo en pasar. Solo vas a perder tiempo esperando entre uno y otro autobús. Deberían tener más unidades, sobre todo considerando que la ciudad no tiene un medio de transporte bueno, pues el monoriel está muy limitado y usar Uber para todo es muy caro.

When I knew that only Big Bus has Ponchos in case of rain and that we could hop on with our luggage in order to hop off at the train station, that is when I loved Big Bus!! The girl in charge gave is very useful information and was aware to let us know when to hop off. Great service!!

No information about route changes and cancellations for Tour de France. I would like refund for July  24,2022 as big bus was not at my pickup place and stopped service early and I had to us taxi for all my trips. Should let people know before you sell them tickets. Should post information on line.

Hemos esperado más de 1 hora el Bus en little habana y no hay para cuando llegue el Bus.
En la parte de EXPLORE que se supone ahí puedes checar donde están los buses hay uno en Winwood que tiene horas parado ahí y no se mueve, NO compren esta basura. Muévanse en Uber es más barato y hay un abismo en la rapidez

Durante las veces que tratamos con el personal, al entregar o mostrar nuestros recibos o comprobantes de compra, siempre actuaron con criterio, resolviendo a favor nuestro.

En ocasiones su lector o escáner “no leía” bien algún documento y ellos lo resolvían en el momento aprobando nuestro ascenso al bus sin ninguna objeción.

También cuando quisimos adelantar la salida en otro bus anterior al nuestro, se pudo hacer sin problemas.

 Usamos el Bus en dos o tres tours y estamos muy complacidos por su buen servicio, puntual, y sobretodo útil en sus rutas y recorridos.

Estuvimos en diciembre 2019/2020 en plena temporada de mucha afluencia y todo salió perfecto. 

El personal muy bien entrenado, capacitado para apoyar a los usuarios.

El tiempo entre un autobús y el otro es errático. O esperas mas de media hora o van uno tras otro.
No hay aire climatizado en el piso de abajo
El sonido de los audífonos es muy malo.
El recorrido es desigual o hace mas paradas de las que anuncian en la ruta o hace trayectos muy largos sin una sola parada.
Conozco hop on hop off de muchas ciudades y este es muy malo.

Es bueno el tour, sin embargo, todo el tiempo los guías hablan inglés y considero que al ser un transporte para turistas deberían hablar ambos idiomas o más o en su defecto que el autobús tenga una aplicación u opción para escuchar en español, cómo lo hace el turibus en Mexico.
