Big Bus Tours

Our family take tour Hop on Hop off 1 day in New York. The service is good. However in the bus there is no wifi. I think it could be better if they equip wifi for the tourist.

The app is great generally but bought some tickets recently in Munich and was frustrated to find there was no city option for Munich despite there being buses there, is this a mistake?

It would have been 5 stars if you still had live guides. The pre-recording is disappointing

They made us wait 1.5 hours and we got stuck in traffic cause they kept making us wait and they gave no refunds and the 130$ for the boat Tour was not Worth it and they did not let us down the stairs to warm up and we where not moving the whole thing was 4:30-8:00 it sucked

BigBus London. App is fine for route planning, but real time bus info is useless. Ended up having to switch to public transportation, making the fee for BigBus a complete waste of money.

The app is not particularly intuitive. It was hard to see the sight markers because the bus icons were in the way. The maps that the bus driver handed out could have a little more information. The driver passed the first stop before everyone could figure out what was happening. Several on the bus had wanted the first stop. The audio took 4 stops to sink up with the where the bus was. Also 90 degrees and no air conditioning. 🥵

No a/c. WiFi didn’t work 4 hours into the tour around London. Drivers were nice. London was packed. Drivers were amazing with all the traffic

Paid $60 per ticket for hop in and hop out service. They took 1 hr 20 mins to just reach 5th stop. By the time I reach, I have already crossed my reservation time.

I was disappointed the bus did not take us to view the Olympics key sites.
