The only way I can see to fix the rotation is to force quit the app. Every time I choose a photo it rotates. I wanted magnets so I chose 2 photos and it added the photos side by side when I wanted 2 separate magnets. So it flipped side ways. So I had to start all over. You’re telling me not only can I NOT create multiple of something at once but that I also have to force quit the app in between every thing I make??? That’s so tedious, that will take forever.

Changes to landscape mode at a certain point, then can’t go back to portrait, then lose access to buttons which are now out of screen and can’t be reached. Basically have to reset the app after every add to cart. Can’t see what photo you selected for a canvas, just that you’ve added a canvas to cart. It’s a shame because I’ve bought big w canvas and they are great quality and value. The online pc version isn’t much better but at least it’s functional.

I though people were being a bit harsh regarding the app…. Nope, it’s junk. It’s so frustrating that they have over complicated the most simple things.

Not user friendly. Have to close the app every time I select a pic and it doesn’t work. It’s too hard to use therefore have deleted it. Waste of my time trying to get some pictures printed.

I don't understand why I have to use PayPal to make payment this time. It's trash, never works well. Why can't I pay like shopping others in bigw. Zero to payment method.

When I order a cushion with a selected photo from my collection,why can’t I review the photo before I pay.Very poor service.Doubt if I will use or recommend this app again.Every nickname entered says it’s used,try again.Useless,this is just a waste of time coz you aren’t interested in reviews

Terrible and clunky app. Would be quicker to go in store or via the website to get your photos then use this thing!!

Check out doesn’t work. Both app and site are super fiddle and frustrating

I have tried several times to check out my order but I can’t seem to find checkout only prompts me to edit which I have and save for later and bin it. When I save for later.. which seems the only option I then click in cart and I’m told I have nothing in there. Where is my item? Should I try and find saved items? How? Please check this app it isn’t at all user friendly!
