This is a very dangerous site people put up road mapping is not designed correctly anyway I can just put up aI track there’s many good bike tracks in New Zealand professionally designed for safety none of them are on this map it is just stupid and a waste of money we were

Used this app while completing the 4400 km EuroVelo 6 bike ride. Although the route is well marked this worked very well as my backup and for navigating in and out of cities and towns. It was perfect and I strongly recommend the use of the pro version. Many thanks.

Bike map chooses the least travelled, least trafficked roads if that’s what you choose, and as a result they are great country roads often with little traffic and nice scenery - perfect for touring. My experience is Bikemap chooses ar better routes for touring bicycles than Garmin who assumes everyone is in training and wants the fastest route which means encountering impatient volumes of traffic. Bikemap sometimes is very sensitive though and switches off early and there appears no obvious way to resume the cycle trip! But over all it knows it’s routes. Being bright blue though the can be hard to see in the sunshine or with blue tinted cycle glasses. Also it be hard at times to work out which way to go when the map doesn’t update quickly enough ( I think due to tall buildings or out of satellite range) and the direction sometimes spins while it works things out!

Bought this app to help me navigate through some unfamiliar parts of Germany next month. Testing it on more familiar routes around Hawkes Bay. Good recording system and easily readable figures on the display.

Bikemap ist wirklich super, keine Frage! Keine langen Radreisen mehr ohne Bikemap Premium für uns denkbar.

Die Karte dreht ständig auf richtungsweisend, zoomt auf maximale Ansicht heran und verharrt suf dieser Position. Infolgedessen geht die Orientierung zeitweise verloren. Wünschenswert ist eine Einstellmöglichkeit "Karte Nordweisend" mit Arretierungsmöglichkeit. Die Siri-Ansage hakt zeitweise in einer Endlosschleife.

Ich bin enttäuscht, zumindest hier im Braunschweiger Raum wird die Fahrrad-Infrastruktur überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt (Braunschweiger Ringgleis, neu angelegte Radschnellwege, Radfernwege etc.), stattdessen wird auf die Routen entlang der üblichen Straßen verwiesen die auch (genau so schlecht) von Google Maps vorgeschlagen werden. Letzteres kostet aber wenigstens nichts. Schade ums Geld.

Disqualifiziert sich alle durch ein viel zu teures Premium Abo-Modell.

Ich bin mit der App von München nach Bratislava gefahren. Teilweise gab es am Donauradweg viel schnellere Routen. Teils auch unnötige Höhenmeter. Gravierend von München nach Simau wurden mit 1000 hm zunächst angezeigt und bin bei 2000hm geendet. Führung sonst ok. Grade habe ich Bahnhof Bratislava eingegeben und wurde zu einem Parlament geführt und musste mit Google Maps navigieren. Ich nehme das nächste Mal eine andere App, für mich war es den Preis nicht wert.

Die Routen werden oft nicht optimal geführt. Da wird die Route hartnäckig auf der Straße geführt, obwohl ein asphaltierter Weg durch Wald bzw Grünanlage existiert. Auch bei Routewechsel reagiert die App sehr langsam und unflexibel.
