Manage, group, and rename your accounts independently
- View your account and credit card balances and transactions in real time
- Log in as the account holder or an agent
- When you log in to BILnet as an agent, your accounts are now grouped. Tip: to make organising your accounts easier, feel free to rename your accounts and/or change the order in which they are displayed.

- Your eligible SEPA (single euro payment area) payments are now made instantly, within a few seconds, 24/7, and for free! *
- If your instant payment cannot be made, for example if the receiving bank does not accept instant payments, then your payment will be treated as a standard transfer under the relevant time frame.
The interface for your transfers and standing orders has been tweaked
- Extra fields are now provided when entering details about the beneficiaries of your transfers. From your computer you can set up a standing order directly from the transfer entry screen. Just tick the “Make this a standing order” box. Tip: to avoid making a mistake when you enter your new beneficiary’s IBAN, you can copy/paste it straight into the appropriate field.
Better loan management
- Your mortgages and your personal, student and investment loans appear in the dedicated “Loan” section of BILnet. These loans now take the form of a contract rather than an account on which movements are recorded.
- You can now find additional information about your loans in BILnet, including:
o type of loan
o amount borrowed/used
o current interest rate
o next due dates
o capital outstanding
Find all your electronic documents easily
- Download your banking documents in PDF format
- Take advantage of the free and environmentally friendly paper-free option so that you no longer receive your documents by post
- Sign your documents electronically
- All electronic documents are now sorted by date
Contact us whenever you need to
- Communicate with the bank using secure messaging and share any attachments required

Ils ne corrigent pas un bug vieux de plusieurs années
L’app me demande constamment de me connecter avec LuxTrust créer un pin et m’explique comment l’app fonctionne etc … apparemment c’est un bug vieux de plusieurs années mais ils s’en fichent.
Médiocre
Depuis la modernisation de l’application, passage à Luxtrust sur mobile nous rencontrons un nombre incalculable de problèmes. Il faut parfois 10 tentatives avant de réussir à se connecter. Sur le mobile je n’arrive pas à visualiser mon compte ni mes virements. Sur le pc, si j’arrive à me connecter c’est un miracle! J’ai envoyé des dixaines de mails au support. On me demande sans cesse de supprimer et réinstaller l’application mais les problèmes persistent. Nous envisageons sérieusement de changer de banque!
Ne fonctionne plus sur mon iPhone X
Quand je rentre mon code PIN, systématiquement le message "une erreur est survenue" apparaît. Impossible de consulter les comptes.
L’application ne marche quasiment jamais!!!
Spécialité de l’application: « UNE ERREUR EST SURVENUE ». Tout le temps! Pour la moindre opération. Que ce soit un virement, un ajout de bénéficiaire ou autres. C’est simple. On ne peut pas faire pire. Heureusement que j’ai un compte boursorama sinon je ne pourrais jamais rien payer à temps.
À améliorer
Une approche MVP aurait été plus efficiente. En effet depuis la migration, la fixation des beugs est encore loin d’être terminée. - Il faut très souvent remettre les informations de connexion - L’envoi de messages intranet nécessite parfois plusieurs tentatives. - La notion instantanée n’est pas encore fixée Résultat : - Le service Back office débordé malgré leurs efforts considérables - Les délais de traitement plus long - Les clients de moins en moins satisfaits du service
Réinitialisation requise de BILnet à chaque connection
Bonjour, Depuis 1 mois, BILnet nécessite une réinitialisation de l’application à chaque démarrage dans iOS 17 sur iPhone C’est un problème récurrent qui était déjà apparu il y a 1 an avec iOS 16 et qui avait été fixé avec la version 7.5.31. Il faudrait refaire de même sur la dernière version de l’application.

Mise à jour
Depuis la nouvelle mise à jour, il est impossible de rentrer dans mon compte. Après avoir tapé mon code , un message apparaît « une erreur est survenue «
Incapable de gérer la MAJ
On nous prévient que le site sera perturbé le week-end…et le lundi rien ne marche. Magnifique.
