The only problem I have with them is the payment portal, there is a problem to link any form of card to the app.
I understand your explanation, but the bank received a confirmation that was noted as Fraudulent. They don’t accept third party confirmations. Bifinity portal was unacceptable.
I did as you requested. Axel was not able to assist. He said I need to use a different card, if the bank will not accept any third party website confirmation.
