Не можу почати користуватись. Не дає змінити код країни при старті. Програма закривається при тапі на коді країни

Вітаю! А чому може не запуститися програма? У віконці де вводити номер не можна змінити на український, відразу викидає з застосунку.

After recent updates Bip Out has stopped working.
Мені приходять лише пропущені дзвінки
Я неможу вирішити цю проблему кожен дзвінок в мене пропущений

Скільки ще можна поповнювати рахунок,або воно перестало говорити: «Для здійснення дзвінка не достатньо коштів на рахунку,будь ласка,поповнять»???? Поповнила на два місячні пакети послуг-нуль по фазі. Дзвонити не дає. З підтримкою не звʼязатись. Що взялись за справу–робіть якісно!!! А не тяп ляп
