I am using Mobile Security app, the app has many functions, but in iPhone, Web Protection has its own VPN configuration, VPN has its own VPN configuration, standalone VPN app has its own VPN configuration, although I bought a premium subscription, but in fact I cannot use these functions simultaneously, I really don’t know why I bought the premium plan, actually only need to pay for the basic plan because only 1 function is active

The first time I log into this app it tells me I can’t activate the subscription. Then every time I log in it just shows that. Pls fix it
The vpn setting block my phone connection umber both wifi and 4G.
The VPN setting block my phone connection even I have connected wifi or using data... it’s taken me a few hours to find this problem... please check before releasing the update... it’s annoying...
I read the Bitdefender INCLUDED VPN….but it’s only for a limited amount of coverage before it requires you to upgrade to a standalone VPN. The full mobile service only includes a limited amount of coverage which is very misleading. I do not intend to upgrade. The offer for the mobile security app says you can ‘browse with full anonymity’ so WHY would I purchase another service solely for the VPN? It is supposed to be included with the yearly subscription of the mobile service I bought!!!!!
The device scan only scans to see if you have the bit defender protections on. This is the only "free" thing you could do. They advertise free, but you are required to start a seven day free trial, then you're charged $2.49 per month. I did not go through with this as I wanted a deeper scan rather than seeing if I had turned on scam protection or not. It is an absolutely worthless app. Save your time, and save the storage do not download.
