I don’t know what happened to this app but every time I use it now, it acts as an internet kill switch. No, not like the function inside the app. My internet speed just tanks and grinds to a complete no traffic even before my internet speed test app has finished running its speed test. Great on PC, though. The iPad is just not a PC.
Worked for some time, but suddenly my wifi kept dropping connection. It took some to fond out is was caused by this app. After removal no more problems

I kinda just wish it wirked with proton VPN because i want to use both of them at the same time

Bitdefender VPN doesn’t provide the service it promises. Purchasing a subscription doesn’t allow you to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices. When I contacted their customer support about receiving an activation code to use on my laptop, they wouldn’t provide me one despite me providing them with details of my Apple receipt. Prior to purchasing my subscription, their customer support had told me that a subscription purchased via Apple would allow me to be able to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices.
First time outside USA, it work fine on laptop but on iphone fails with error 9, it cannot secure an insecure connection. Worthless! Need, but it fails miserably. When traveling who wants to spend their time dickin around with bd vpn?

Can’t use vpn and web protection function at same time. They also want you to upgrade to their separate vpn app, which also doesn’t allow simultaneous function.
Works on most networks but doesn’t work with some too
