Layanan VPN yang sangat buruk. Bahkan saat terkoneksi ke negara terdekat atau ke server di dalam negara Anda sendiri - latensi meningkat 4-5 kali lipat dan kecepatan menurun 3-5 kali lipat. Penurunan kecepatan dan kualitas internet yang begitu parah dan pengguna harus membayar uang untuk ini?
Fairly good and reliable VPN
I just stated using the 1 year subscription for the premium VPN and it’s pretty okay for browsing and torrent download and streaming. I highly recommend this. The one year subscription plan is good for anyone wanting to use a VPN and still save money. Bit defender should keep maintaining this offer, it will bring in more clients like me who wants a convenient money saving VPN.

Doesn’t Work As Advertised
Bitdefender VPN doesn’t provide the service it promises. Purchasing a subscription doesn’t allow you to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices. When I contacted their customer support about receiving an activation code to use on my laptop, they wouldn’t provide me one despite me providing them with details of my Apple receipt. Prior to purchasing my subscription, their customer support had told me that a subscription purchased via Apple would allow me to be able to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices.
Worthless
First time outside USA, it work fine on laptop but on iphone fails with error 9, it cannot secure an insecure connection. Worthless! Need, but it fails miserably. When traveling who wants to spend their time dickin around with bd vpn?

Can’t use simul function
Can’t use vpn and web protection function at same time. They also want you to upgrade to their separate vpn app, which also doesn’t allow simultaneous function.

Works on most networks but doesn’t work with some too
