If you are unfortunate enough to try using Bizzabo on iOS, log into Safari instead. It is the only user experience which almost works.

Can’t enter event at all

Very flexible and easy to use platform for event management. Works great.

All I get is a spinning copyright symbol in the middle of my screen.

Crazy as my email address cuts off due to limited characters in email address space. So cannot even get into the app.

I hate trials/demos: • Most are scams • They hardly ever work • They're restricted and limited in what it can do. • It doesn't always give enough of an experience, to want to continue using the product/service. So when I saw that I'd have to request a demo, I deleted the app immediately and made sure I left a review before doing anything else.

I downloaded the app to attend a conference and the app was unable to broadcast the sessions. I was told to use thr web interface for the 2 days. Complete waste of time.

Used for an event and it’s nearly impossible to find the actual schedule of events/sessions throughout the conference. Very poor design

I am Low vision and I rely on high contrast mode, (turning bright backgrounds dark, when dark mode is unavailable for a particular app). And larger text. This app somehow circumvents my attempts to enable smart invert, and if I have the text larger controls over lap so I cannot access them. When I turned on VoiceOver, I couldn’t enter text into the edit fields with my e-mail address, and when I struggle through this all, I still cannot get the app to work, I’m in a death loop of, enter your e-mail.. send magic link… enter your e-mail… send magic link… or enter your ticket number. Enter your email… I cannot progress, and to add insult to injury, I cannot access any of the Bizzabo content on the web with my screen reader on desktop, or at all on my mobile device. The pages just appear to be broken both registration, and agenda viewing. You know, kinda important stuff. I’m so frustrated right now.

I used the app this year and was able to successfully connect with other event goers. I leveraged the app to tune in virtually while I was on my way to the conference venue and was able to see the sessions I had registered for too. Much improved from last year.
