Black Box VR

I am not a gym person. I’ve been going to Black Box VR 3 days a week for over a year.

Been trying to login with my username. It’s a great workout, no question about that. Problems logging in persist. Tried resetting my password, creating a username, and nothing. I don’t see the point in having the service to my gym membership at EŌS if the software to monitor my workouts isn’t working.

I work out at EōS in Chandler, AZ. I love the concept of the VR workout and the app makes it super easy to track and schedule, except that it only lets me schedule for the San Francisco location which is of course no use to me.

I really enjoyed my VR demo session the other month. VR fitness is a great idea and so I was excited to upgrade my EōS membership and do VR fitness sessions every week. Unfortunately, the software is terrible. It has wasted hours of my time now. Once I got to a certain session where they introduced bicep and tricep workouts, the session would essentially freeze and not allow me to do anything. It has been like this the past 5 or 6 times I’ve tried it and the IT department didn’t help resolve the issue. I tried different VR booths and had them reset the session on their end, etc. Nothing worked. So I ended up paying extra money and wasting my time for nothing. I highly do NOT recommend Black Box VR. Very disappointing.

Best investment into a gym membership ever! Says a lot from myself who avoided to pay & needs exercise for the longest time. Very fun & addicting! I’ve gained old muscles over the past 6 months doing consistent workouts 💪❤️

It is genuinely fun & engaging! I never used to look forward to working out, it was just something I did begrudgingly. Now I have to fight the urge to come in on my rest days because I want to go workout so badly! Since I started Iv done over 160 workouts & I'm still having so much fun! This is the most physical improvement Iv got from working out before too. Iv gained 35lbs of muscle while also trimming up fat on my abs & all my one rep max weights are 3-6x higher than they were when I started & I can do 10x more total volume in a day compared to my first workout!!

I don’t have any major complaints anymore my only one would be that contacting them through their website took forever while rating them negatively got the issue fixed quickly.

Tried on both my iPhone XS and 2021 iPad Pro and neither work (edit: fixed by creating account in app instead of website).

This is a highly effective 30 min, high intensity workout that I highly recommend to anyone. Just keep coming in and the results will come.

The Black Box VR app is great! It tracks all my Black Box VR workouts and shows my fitness progress over time. I can easily schedule my workout battles and engage in the VR fitness community.
