Amazing app, just one option n nothing will ever be able to beat it, audio level control. Some mics are very loud with this app, if you guys can add audio level adjustment option, this will be unbeatable👍

The Blackmagic Camera app is amazing in its current state, providing intuitive control and a suite of professional features for iPhone users. It significantly enhances the filmmaking process with its user-friendly interface and robust functionality. However, there's one feature that I find myself missing – the ability to transmit the video signal to another iOS device for remote monitoring and control, similar to what Filmic Pro offers. Adding this capability would elevate this app to new heights, making it the perfect companion for Blackmagic camera users seeking complete control over their filming experience.

From all the features it offers, the option to shoot 4K60 with Apple LOG on the iPhone 15 Pro makes this hands down the best cinema camera app for the iPhone and it’s FREE! I think FilmicPro could learn a thing or two from this app.

So many controls and professional tools. It being free is actually wild! I would pay for this app.

There’s so many bugs at least with the iPhone 16 pro that makes this app unusable for my use case. Also please consider adding a shutter priority mode. I consider this an essential option for run and gun b roll which is what I was hoping to use my iPhone for. Why can’t I lock my shutter angle but then still have an auto exposure/exposure comp option. Until this is implemented I’ll be sticking to my actual cameras unfortunately.

With stabilization turned on, the image constantly jumps. iPhone 16 Pro Max.

It actually allows you to enable dual mono audio input so if you’re using the most frustrating audio interface like focusrite 2i2 4th gen which makes input1 go in the left speaker and input2 in the right when recording, this camera app actually makes it so both inputs are combined as they freakin should be and your video is playing stereo both your voice and/or instruments at the same time instead of one side only
