BlackPlanet - Meet New People

I can read updates on my iPad, but not on my iPhone. I have to exit and enter in order to respond to live messages or chat rooms.

- The app force closes. - The IT Support doesn’t respond back. - It appears the app and website versions doesn’t coincide. - BlackPlanet isn’t meant for Americans. 🤭

I get a black screen when trying to delete my account. Please help.

😔Black Planet is worst than Meta and Twitter with censorship. They don’t allow you to post safe external links like MixCloud, etc. The app lacks modern features and is not worth downloading.

Ever since the newest update the app constantly crashes, freezes or boots you out. I hope they fix the app soon.

I keep seeing old posts from weeks ago on my timeline. Nothing is up to date!

I won’t let you make a profile it ask to verify shows the code and still won’t work it’s a broken app

Things were upgraded in 2021 and both need much work.

Features like sending pics within notes have been removed. In the app, you can only view 10 notes max… Which causes you to switch to a laptop or internet version. Also, Member Advocate DOESNT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I sent an emails regarding issues with the app over 3 months ago and these people have done nothing. THIS IS NOT BLACK EXCELLENCE!

I miss the old BP!!! Can’t even reset my password. No help from any type of support team. I can’t even respond to ppl that comment on my page. So many scammers… please fix!!! I miss the BP of the early 2000’s. I’m trying to give BP a chance I don’t like Facebook.
