I purchased the dashcam from Tata Motors expecting a reliable product and a proper companion app, but the app experience is honestly frustrating. The app is not opening at all. It opens for barely a second and immediately closes/crashes. I have tried opening it multiple times, but the issue remains the same. What is the point of having a dashcam with an app if the app itself is not working? The dashcam is blinking, which indicates that it is running and recording properly, but I cannot access the app to view recordings, settings, or other important features. A dashcam is supposed to provide convenience and security, but when the application is unusable, the overall purpose is seriously compromised. Tata Motors needs to urgently fix these stability and compatibility issues. For a product purchased from a reputed brand like Tata Motors, this level of app quality is simply unacceptable. Very poor app experience. Please fix the crashing issue immediately and improve the overall reliability of the application. -- Asish27, 2026-10-06 ### *---- "Useless app" The app doesn’t open and i unable to use it for the recordings and all -- Sarthak1992, 2026-10-06 ### *---- "App crashes with out even opening on iphone18 pro" Man this is so bad, I’m not even able to open app on my new iPhone 18Pro.
