All the spaces I created, the books I added and curated were all gone. And I always find myself keeping on restoring my premium membership because everytime I open the app, it opens with basic access.

Best book app! As someone who has to fight for her time to read, this app is a life changer. Although I would like to request if the price for premium could get lower. I’m forced to use the free trial bc of my budget rn

I love blinkist so much, but personally, I think shifting the reading experience from turning pages horizontally to vertical scrolling is a bad idea on a mobile app (specifically, using iphone). Some of us prefer to read as if Blinkist were a book rather than simply another social media platform where you scrholl to pass time. The formatting is also something to improve of in the vertical scrolling as some text are out of format and are being repeatedly shown on screen. As a suggestion, still provide the option to turn pages horizontally. Allow users to choose their preferred reading style. Overall, Blinkist is a great app. The content is great and wholesome. Just improve your user experience.

I searched similar apps that offers similar services. But nothing beats the Blinkist. It was the best of its kind. But for constructive criticism and for developers, I hope it shows Records of history of the books that I just finished then maybe you can toggle to hide the history or access the history with password for more privacy. Also I hope the highlighting was more natural or responsive so I would feel like a real Book.

This is the best app there is compared to their competitors. Other apps like Headway (one of their competitors) sound artificial. They sound robotic when talking and i dont like that. I think they use AI for their content unlike Blinkist, when you listen to them, it feels like you’re having a conversation with a real human being. You can hear the emotions in the voices and it really helps me absorb and focus to what im listening. This is the first time i have ever left a review on anything. Im glad i came across this app. Best purchase ever.

Through the app, I have learned a lot everyday which can help me.

Update: Got the refund on the same day. The service is quick compared to the claims of other people on some website. Reminder, if you decided to not continue your premium subscription please sure to cancel it before the trial ends to avoid avoid inconveniences to both parties. I am glad that the app is trustworthy and true to their words based on my experience. Again, thank you # 488453 and 488495 Okay, I finished the 7 day trial period and I liked it. Since yearly subscription is expensive upfront and I will not be able to immerse myself in the app for the next three months, I would like to cancel the yearly subscription and planning to move into monthly subscription for the other coming months. But since I did not get notified to the end of trial, I got billed automatically. Sent a request to their support email but end up getting ignored after not accepting the $20 discount. I said no, I need the full money back. This happened to me today and just saw the reviews in a website. I am already writing a review so that this will get their attention before the 14 days cool down are out. If I don't get a refund, (and I warned them in my letter) this business will be officially known a scam. I will wait within 5 days to get my refund since this is the duration of time to get the transaction reflected to my paypal. But I said to them to reply back now to assure me that they will fulfill their promise of 14-day money-back guarantee.
